We believe that correct quantity Estimation is the key of success for new projects and that's how we significantly dedicate our services towards Project Scope Management. Our team is dedicated towards Quantity Estimation for any new project and Quantity Surveying from the FGC or contract drawings issued for the Project. We charge on per Sqft basis which makes scope management as a measurable work instead of a source of draining overheads of projects.
Architects and Structural Designers shape the buildings on paper which works as a base for any construction. We not only design buildings but extend our services to the 3D coordination of vendors for project by Shop Drawings. The end results of engineering are clash free shop drawings of MEP Services.
Gone are the days when construction team depute their highly paid fresh engineers and end up paying more than Rs. 600/MT only for preparation and certification of Bar Bending Schedule (BBS). Fresh Engineers take their own time in learning and make mistakes which mark their impact over the project. MEPL introduce our new concept of outsourcing of BBS preparation/certification work which ensures productive BBS preparation from Day 1 by our BBS experts. BBS is prepared by professionally managed firm which have its following benefits: (1) As there is no freelancing, so there is no change of runaway of freelancers, (2) As there is item rate so there is no worry of draining of overheads. Now, with MEPL pay for work and pay for worth.
